I don't know where they are or who is this guy, but it seems to me that is not a "real interview", it's more like a mock interview. If you notice at the end of the video a woman said something like "Ok, I have one...", like if she was gonna say some kind of advice or tip, besides the place where they are doing the inverview...
If I may answer your question a decade on...: -). I do this for a living. This is a media training session, probably as they were getting ready to do a media tour to introduce "Kick Ass." These are not meant to be shown to the public, but instead are for the subject to review her answers and see where she can improve. Not sure who the man is, but he (and the woman you hear) are part of the PR firm they (or the movie studio) hired to help train Chloe. The woman you hear at the end would be the actual media trainer who is about to give advice on answers that need work.
You know, if you say something in public, infront of about a thousand people, it will come true... so you go do that - extra luck received if there are cops among the spectators...
It's ok. I try not to be a gammar nazi myself. Since we all make mistakes like that. But it was hard not to notice. Plus it ended ruining a perfectly good joke. :p
