Hi, I’m in Australia and live in a rental house. I want to install a door with less holes on wall as possible because I have to fill up those holes when the lease ends. How many (minimum) holes on wall I need to do to install this door please?

I have metal frame in my unit very hard to drill. 4 on top and 4 on one side. If you have wooden frame i think at least 12. 4 on top and 4 each site.
