We spent 3 days with volunteer teachers on the plateau in Sichuan

- Hi everyone. This time we went to a middle school in Hongyuan, Sichuan. It was located on a plateau. Just as we imagined before we got there, it was cold there. The lack of air and the coldness made it hard to record our journey there. We were surprised by many things in this school. We were welcome by the students with hugs and beautiful songs. And the teachers there were so caring! They loved their job there even if it couldn’t offer them very much money. And the Tibetan snacks! So Tasty!
In this video, we will show you guys how we met and spent days with these sweet people. Not only teaching those students English, but we also went shopping, ate in the canteen, played ping pong and singing songs with them. As a gift back, they taught us some greetings in Tibetan language. It was so much fun.

谢谢你们💗，你们是中国人民真正的朋友，中国也有很多问题，政府也会很多问题，但我们的政府确实一直在解决问题，而不是转移矛盾。人民都是不患寡而患不均，做好各种资源的分配是化解民族和社会矛盾的重要一步，很多发达国家其实有实力做好分配，但因为被资本家利益绑架了政策的，没有办法推动。

漢族的進步是天生和包容的，善於學習，也就是說，漢族現在的教育在國家和環境的“扶植”下，生下來就是比其他民族具有“優越制”。
那麼，不管從儒家或者道家的傳統思想來說，先天下和後天下都會讓國家和“漢族”這個群體去照顧和優待這些同屬一片土地，共享一片天空的同胞。
思想決定境界和民族的共同進步，隨便採訪或者詢問漢族人，他們都會同意或者讚許國家這樣做，這是一種骨子裡的“大同制”。
感謝大陸政府，感謝民族，感謝我們這個民族的思想和傳承。

@@iceshawl6217 不是弱智，是基础不一样，我上大学那个时候，西藏的同学明显在课业上吃力很多。如果你没有政策的支持，大部分的西藏的学生就上不了大学，现在基础慢慢上来了，这种平衡政策也会调整的。
民族的平等，说到底是知识的平等，汉族的文化优势在于重教育，因而通常首先达成教育目标，再反哺少数民族。
不基于知识平等的民族平等或者说社会平等是没有意义的，有的少数民族因为没有参与近代史的中国，没尝过农耕文明/畜牧文明跟工业文明对峙的那种挫败感、无力感，从而不能养成一种对知识的本能的强烈渴望，这种先天的竞争被动需要后天补充。
中华文化是文化传承，并非单一民族基因传承。我也认为自己是地道中华汉人，但是却兼优很多民族血统。几千年民族大融合已经让大家感同身受。

Huge respects for these selfless teachers. I am hoping the government is going to continue investing more into the education sector here, and soon the school will have enough regular tenured teachers in addition to the temporary volunteer teachers. This video is so touching and inspiring on so many layers. The social transformation of these places are simply breathtaking.

I have been to Hongyuan in 1994 and it looks changed a lot. I love the students, so cute.

偏远地区的贫穷是地域性的，他们出生在贫瘠的深山，从前他们资讯闭塞，交通不便，没有竞争力。中国政府为他们通公路通高铁跟网络，就是为了改变这种地域性的贫穷，只要交通便利了有了网络，慢慢就能缩短与城市的差距。

我之前在芭莎公益做教育慈善，我们会经常去山区里贫困学校做物资和教育资源的扶持！看到孩子们天真开心的样子真的很治愈，乡下的孩子们真的和城里的孩子不一样，他们更天真、单纯、对新鲜事物充满期待，虽然生活不是很富裕，但是一点点的小事物都能开心好久

蛮多支教老师，就留下来了，视频里还是比较好的支教学校，当然只是现在，可能10年前20年前更加破败。支教老师面临问题，他走了，至少这个学科又没人教孩子了，女孩子十几岁就要嫁人，男孩子也要加入家庭生产劳动。就这样，很多老师留下来了，舍不得走，自己的良心过不去。
