I was so depressed after isolating from COVID, from facing family deaths and from health issues that I became too frightened to sleep at night. After searching for various meditations and soothing self help thoughts, I came across this healing music. I listen often and have never gone back to the horror I once faced.

Every November, I take off from everything. Work, phone 📱, ( except for direct family), computer 💻, except for this music 🎶 track and a few other’s. Unplug from the world 🌎. It is the healing journey I walk. Each day reflecting on the thing I’ve done the past year. The past lifetime. Each day is a great and hard question to God for me. To make sure I’m on His track. To shed the emotions I’ve collected over the past 12 months. To pray continuously like every day, but more to correct myself and hold myself accountable. To see clearly the reflection in the lake. By the end of the 30 or so days, the ripples in the lake are gone. The lake is calm. The reflection is clear. The good and bad is revealed. I have walked the healing path. Sometimes it is a bumpy path with lots of holes that have to be fixed. So I must fix them. Make my apologies. Sometimes it’s not to bad. But in any case, it is a healing journey. It is balance. Christ wants us to have balance. God our Creator, wants us to have balance. Christ was like me and I try to follow in His footsteps. He had no denomination. The ancient writings are correct. We aren’t money for denominations. We are to walk His path. …. A healing path. A healing journey. 🐎🐎🦅

I cannot describe this or fully explain my thoughts, but my heart and spirit understands Native America and the Native Americans. I know of their struggles from long ago, and still hear their cries. I know and understand their struggles in this present time. There are many from long ago that still cry out today and I can hear them. I can hear those from Sand Creek and I know exactly what happened to them. I am just a white man who has refused to live as a white man, and have chosen to live my life as close to the Native American people as possible. White by birth, but my heart cries Native American. I mean no disrespect here to any Native American, but simply to share where I am and where I am going. Your ways and beliefs have changed my heart, mind, soul, and spirit. Many great leaders have walked this earth from long ago and they still watch over us today. They see everything that is happening to their people, culture, and land and it troubles them and brings saddens.

I work in a very hectic and very high paced environment with tight deadlines (and I am to the company and the sector). I listen to Shaman music to help me concentrate and block out the noise. And I must say I am totally bowled over!!! My concentration levels have increased as well as my productivity levels. I am more calm and less panicky and even my levels of awareness have gone up.
