@@vickykagra6272 i don't think ki external aayega. Hamare school me English and maths ka internal practical hua tha. Moreover, English and Maths are not practical subjects like chemistry and physics so no.
It's been a year dude..how are you managing studies? I think you should start by studying for a short period of time and then gradually increase it to get yourself into the habit.. That's what worked for me when I took a break and this is what a lot of people suggest as well. Hope you do well!
