Wait wait, hold the phone. It said I had to restart my computer after I heard 2 seconds of audio where I jumped the gun to say thanks, but once I did, I was back to square one with no audio. How does that even work?
Oops, my bad. I was about to do your second method, but on the way to the sound menu I noticed the sound was actually outputted to the speakers instead of my earbuds. Thx again. 😅

Try updating the drivers or initiate a troubleshoot.
ive done everything, updated the drivers restarted my computer over and over nothing is working
