Yeah. . . I agreed with you. I don't like this rule. It doesn't allow Jordyn to defend her title now... and her score was over 60 points better than most other girls from the other countries which made the AA comp in the late 50's. Yeah, you are right, the AA comp diminishes itself and its prestigious recognition from now on. Whoever win this Olympic AA will not be satisfy because they didn't compete with the best in the lineup i.e. Jordyn, and Grishy. It's not right! SMH. Dumb rule!
And another thing, the Olympics are for the best of the best to compete against each other! Not two per country to compete! Why have the Olympics in the first place if you're not allowing your best to compete?!

She was totally underscored for her Beam routine a 14.7 with a minor wobble? Compare to Ponor I believed with a mayor wobble gets a 15.033?! What is that?! Jordyn should of gotten at least 14.9 or better which would gave her the edge over Gabby Douglas to go into the AA competition. She lost by two tenth...!
exactly. all because shes a world champ doesn't mean anything but more presurre at the olympics. she didn't deliver at the olympics. simple as that. if being a world champ mean you automatically get gold at olympics. then there would be at least four other people getting gold. also sweetheart unless you were there sitting in the judges seat you really can't say that. afterall seeing a play back of it means you can easily miss things.
And to add I don't respect the judges because they were biases! I don't respect the FIG because they were unfair to many qualifying gymnasts that deserved to compete in the Olympics AA! And basically I don't respect this competition as much as before! It has lost the much prestigious and recognition! It seems like it's becoming like any other competition! i watched the real olympics and saw little things that she got deducted for also sweetheart. you can't actually know what she should have scored because you didn't actually see it from the judges point of veiw. so until you actually see what really happend shut up and get a life. oh and sweet heart? she went to the olympics and came FOURTH in the AA quals. thats a BIG acheivment. who cares she didn't go all the way? she still went to the olympics.

Well, first of all Ponor competed in more than one Olympic AA and her score was a fifty seven something compare to Jordyn didn't have a chance to compete in any Olympics AA and her score was over 60 something. For examples do you think Lauren Mitchell, Hannah Whelan finishing dead last are better than Jordyn? And besides how many did Lauren Mitchell competed in Olympic AA? While Jordyn didn't even get a chance to compete in an Olympic AA. How Ironic FIG, talking about being fair. Fair my ass!
