Shola reminded me of my young days with my mother. Shola was Moong ki daal chawal cooked in masalewala gosht. Well blended with Baghar like yours but not chicken qeema and palak etc which you used .aapki dish bahut mazedar lug rahi Hai but so was my mother's which I have left behind in life. Khush rahiye

Shola is also a very popular dish throughout Afghanistan. We use rice instead of barley. Like most of our dishes - when serving we will top it with garlic-and-mint-infused yogurt and then add the fried onion on top.

Bht zbrdst n good looking. Shola bht hee simple hy pkane ma but aap ne dilli walon k taste se bnaya so bht kuch krna prha k dilli k khane no doubt k bht tasty hote hain but nakhre b bht hote hain diili k khane bnane ma. Simply shola ghr k bache huway kuch khano se bnta hy ore bache huee dishes ma rice daal k khoob pka lete hain just like a haleem(daleem). Baqi shola aisi dish hy k jese b ore jo b different chezain bachi hon unn ma rice daal k pka lain SHOLA tayaar hy. Bht tasty hota hy chahay jese b pkaen k hr qoam ka apna apna andaz hy.beat wishes.
