basicly its about the bakusquad (-sero and jirou if you count her) turning into young kids and got tested on then the heros found them after someone helped them escape and while the heros r trying to find the people who did this to them sero is there ceartaker, but what people dont know is the same thing happend to sero in his childhood and he's trying to get more info. Its also seros family whos doing this as we find out when he says "its only my family who have both the----". hope i helped-this might not make scence..-
