I don't like that you take down the whole banana tree just to get the fruit. You are the only one that I notice does that. I love the way you forage good work.
Es triste ver que hay personas como tú que no valoran sus recursos...hay otras formas de aprovechar la flor del banano sin matar la planta...hay vídeos donde te enseñan a hacerlo😭😭😭😭
But I believe that when they banana plants got all the flower/ fruits they don't produce anymore so people usually cut and use the inside cut up and boiled added some extra to feed the pigs etc so it wasn't wasteful, but this was the only lady who's actually cut the lots of them down and only took the top to the market. That's to me so waste and unexceptionable. Maybe we don't see the whole of the things they did after?

Banana trees only pro duce fruit once then produce suckers so when a banana tree has produced it is onl goood foranimal food
Once a banana tree has produced fruit, that’s it. It’s not gonna reproduce yearly. Suckers grow.
They only flower once and bear fruit once but grow new pups at base of plant so that's what your suppose to do since it dies down after anyways.
