Hi since a few eeks I am too a happy owner of a Minox 35 GT. However until now I have never used it. Got it from a friend. Would you advise to choose HP5 plus Iso 400 with the Iso 800 setting or with the Iso 400 setting? I want it to use for some daytime woodland shots. The color image I like. I am intersted how it looks in Black and white. To bad you did not take your long lens for the Hasselblad with you.

Congrats. It's a lovely camera. You kinda need to check the light meter, the two I've had (both had working light meters) differed about 1/2-stop. The one I have now I underate with 1 - stop. So for ISO 400 film I rate it as ISO 200 on the camera. But your mileage may vary.
As a general rule I always start at base ISO with a new camera, to see what it does. Personally I just stick to base ISO with the Minox (well underated 1-stops to compensate for the modern batteries).
