Historian Ron Sladek and Fort Collins Museum Educational Curator, Treloar Tredennick explore the various native american groups that occupied our area before the arrival Europeans. The conflicts that arose as settlers and Native Americans clashed over land and resources are also discussed. Ron also tells the wonderful story of Chief Friday and his remarkable ability to bridge the cultures of his people with the arrival of white settlers to our area.
