But the problem you stated is common among other discipline as well, you got the very best of their craft, top of their craft but they can't explain or teach. They just know it by heart and instinct. Because teaching and explaining things is an entirely different skill. It's the same when a native speaker of language can't automatically become a teacher of that language. They actually have to study teaching and the language again.
