I think shes said a couple of times that he runs rental properties and a business? I could be wrong though
I think all they do is RUclips. I sure hope they did not pay much for this one, because other than the pool it is not much to look at and needs a LOT of work.

for the damage on the dresser you can go to dollar tree and get furniture scratch markers! they work quite well and have a color that matches the dresser perfectly! btw congrats on the big move!! 💗
I didn't have any special supplies, so i stained the scratch on my table with iodine
Those color stain sticks work great. I got mine at Walmart because I have so much wood in our home that as Bugs Bunny says. I carry a bigger stick. Lol. God bless you.

I actually enjoyed moving house, we didn't go far so I didn't change school or anything but it gave me a chance to look at all my things and sort through everything as I still have a few toys in my room

I don't hate those front living room tables. Since your decor is generally a farmhouse-y vibe, I would keep the rug but move it somewhere else in the home and get a larger one for the family room and I'd get rid of the weird semi circle table but the side tables and coffee table, if you painted them a light gray or white and made it look kind of rustic they'd be really pretty and right up your decor alley. Congrats on your new home. It's really nice! .... ps. A really easy fix to the water spot damage on the kitchen table, use a hair dryer on the highest setting 3-4 inches away from the spots and they'll vanish with the heat.

I love your new house. You should do a new house tour completely furnished. I wish my house was that big. I’m from Long Island, NY and my house is a 3-bedroom 1 bath. I have to share with my mom and brother. A kitchen and living room. Bedroom are tiny. And a basement.
Moving is fun and exciting but also a lot of work! But I look forward to seeing redecorating and some remodeling in the future!!😁🧳🌎

U can use chaulk paint. You dont have to do any prep for it but wipe stuff off. I use the Annie Sloan paint. You can google to find out more. Love your new house
I have a circle in my apartment too!! I never knew what to call it. It's a studio apartment, with a wall between the *bedroom area and the *living room area. And I when I'm really bored I will walk around it. By the way, I put you guys in my featured channels section over on my channel. I do not know how to add a video yet. I have a smart phone, so maybe I can figure it out. My older camera was able to do it. Really nice house. I'm thankful for stable housing. My neighbor is playing music or the TV. It would be hard to film.

FL has tons of bugs... esp during the rainy summer. I live in a different part of Central FL, definitely lots of fun places! Check out some of the State Parks!!! Lots of springs to swim in. And Homosassa Springs State Park has a hippo with a governor pardon to live in the park!

I do which you moved to Georgia!You should totally check out the channel Do it on a Dime.I feel like you would love her channel and use a lot of her hacks/ideas in your new house! You should also do 3 love sofas in your dining room you can customize your love sofa to 3 cushions.And if Florida has a Home goods,Tj Max or Marshall’s you should definitely check it out.
Maybe change the laundry room door to a sliding wooden door so you can put a full folding area
