Thank you for sharing. I'm sure the bells are a safety measure to warn off predators and the bells are not annoying to me. I live in western Colorado where ranchers use bells on sheep, cows, and goats which helps discourage the cougars, bears, and coyotes. If I were taking a walk through mountain territory I would definitely love to have yaks carry my gear!

But I do t line those bells. These animals like horses and sheep’s (and goats) have a very sensitive hearing system. Then , why bell them? Please?
