Napaka inspiring nman nito sir. I share the same story nong kabataan ko. Taga Mindanao din kami. My mom was a govt employee din pero dahil kapos she had to have sidelines para maka extra income. Nagtatahi din siya ng mga school uniforms hanggang midnight tapos gising na nman madaling araw hanggang umaga tapos 8am pasok sa opisina. But we still had the best education. Nakapagtapos ako sa private school both highschool & college. My dad died d/t complications of his alcohol dependency & that was the time that we hit rock bottom. Kasi kahit umiinom yon siya nman nag aasikaso sa bahay. Kumbaga nong nawala siya parang nawalan nanay ko ng kamay at paa. First time ko din mamalengke nong namatay tatay ko dahil siya lahat gumagawa non, pati na pagluluto. Naranasan ko din magbilad ng palay, maglaba de kamay ng bande bandera na labahan, kumain na toyo at oil lng ang ulam sa ibabaw ng kanin. However, despite the hardships, tulungan din kami. At mas naging pursigido ako mag.aral para maibalik yong pinaghirapan ng nanay ko. My brother also helped us na kapapasok lang na sundalo at that time. And here we are now, dalawang nurse na nagta trabaho sa UK & Australia😊😇 Im also investing in agribusiness, now on my 2nd agricultural land acquisition.
