Gasket burst
The head gasket problem caused the cylinder to overflow with coolant.
The engine stops, the muffler smokes... wow.
Open the drive belt cover...Force the piston to check operation
I removed the plug and checked...Found wet by coolant
We're expecting a head gasket problem, so we're going to remove the engine,
Check gasket for damage after disassembly
After replacing it with a new gasket...Engine normal operation
Repair completed

사장님혹시헤드동판가스켓갈면 수명이 어느정도 인가요?제꺼5만에갈았는데 또5만키로 밖에 안가나요?
아닙니다...10만 20만까지 교체를 하지 않고 사용을 하기도 합니다.
그러므로 사용기간이란 것은 없다고 보시면 됩니다.
23:00 엔진오일에 냉각수가 섞이면 저 색이나는거죠.... 폐 오일에 물 부운뒤 섞어보셔요ㅎㅎ
오일색이 저렇다면, 묻지도따지지도않고 해드가스켓 열어보면 됩니다.
더 심하면 끈적끈적하게 죽 같은게 나옴...
근데 오일이 저렇게 나오면 플러싱 한번 해주셨으면 좋았을텐데요..
엔진작업을하면 피스톤으로 상사점 마추고 크랭크 샤프트로도 맞추고 제네레이터로 마추고 캠체인기어로도 마추고 다맞춰서 완성시키는건가요?

캠체인 기어,마그네트 자석으로 크랭크,그리고 피스톤 이렇게 맞추시면 될겁니다
냉각수와 오일이 섞인건데,
짧게타는것과 상관이있는지요..
짧게 티는 것과는 상관없는
엔진고장으로 알고 있습니다.
살색 오일은 먼가요. 허걱
엔진 오일인데..썩은것 같네요.오일은 자주갈아 주어야 합니다.
누가 헤드볼트를 토크렌츠를 써야하는것 아닌지요...정비에 참고하세요.저도 오토바이를 해본사람이라서 말씀드립니다

The "clutch shoe" that moves like a belt seems to have reached the end of its life. Replacing this should give you good acceleration.
(This is a consumable item that needs to be replaced at a certain time....When replacing this...it is recommended to replace the belt, drive face set, and pulley set at once. Replace after inspection about every 20000km.)
