Hi Ethan, Hope all is well and I'm glad you made it safely over that 2 ton limit bridge. Your long wheel base 4X4 F250 is about 7300 lbs and your Lance slide in camper is about 2500 lbs, so you're at 9800 lbs total, not including fuel, water and the rest of your load out. So - about 4.9 tons. Be careful out there friend. Steve
Love watching Ethan walk down that sidewalk @about15:03. He has a nice walk, kinda manly. Love his blue eyes. There is kindness and intelligence behind them.
Ethan, I always enjoy watching your travels and getting to share some of your life with you. You are real you are authentic and you are very welcoming. Plus you are super, super cute inside and out. Every time I visit here, it’s like visiting a friend, just hanging out, sharing everyday life and adventures. I traveled for several years in my Toyota 4Runner which allowed me to reach places most people wouldn’t be able to access. Therefore me and my boyfriend would find amazing lakes and rivers where we might stay for a week or so and never see another person. We loved to be able to skinny dip, well, basically clothes were only on the menu for functional purposes like sun protection, cool or cold weather and just being cozy at night time. After a few years of traveling and camping this way, we decided to buy a motor home. Of coarse, we pulled the 4Runner and if we got somewhere where we wished to go deeper into nature, then the motor home could take us, we would find a safe place to leave the RV, Load up the 4Runner with all our camping gear and cross the river or traverse 4x4 only passage till we found that special place where we would stay until we had our fill and were ready to visit other areas of the country. We pretty much lived this way for 10+ years until we decided to buy a home. We found a bit of paradise in Mendocino California, just thirty minutes from the Giant Redwoods, I am sure that is where Bambi lives. We bought an eighty acre gentleman’s type ranch with an eight acre private lake that was spring fed and 50 feet deep. We had a nice house overlooking the lake and the coastal mountain range. It was like we found the best of three worlds; RV trips when in the mood, camping our way whenever we felt that need, and being home in our own little Paradise which was like a combination of all three. All of what I just shared with you is so much why I come to visit you, it’s like being there, albeit brief, with a really nice and fun friend. Relish this time and have a happy life always. One last thing, have you any experience at acting, can you sing and most importantly, have you any desire to do this. You are a natural you know. Thanks for letting me share a bit of myself and some of my experiences with you. I do wish that this platform was more conversational and allowed for personal communication one on one. I would like to explore my above questions with you in a more serious way where we could actually have a private conversation. Perhaps Telegram? It is free to call, video chat, or just have a live text chat. I don’t mean to be intrusive in any way, just a suggestion. Thank You for sharing, Dana
For clarity, Dana is a guys name too, just wanted you to know that I am gay too. Sometimes people aren’t sure because Dana is boy and girls name. That’s all. 🤷♂️
When you get back to Arizona, I have several vacation rentals. If they are not booked, we would love to host you! Our treat! Let us know! Have a safe trip! Enjoy!
For those of you that do not know, Eureka Springs is a former spa town with several cold water mineral springs. You should not drink the water. It is a small town with Christians, motocycle riders, aging hypies, and GLBTQ community get along. There are about 2-3 large historic grand hotels. THere are some awesome, unique, locally owned restaurants. IT is more than just nick-nacks.
1 ton is 2,000 pounds, so 2 tons is 4,000 pounds. Ethan truck alone is about 7,500 pounds and the camper add another 3,000 at least. 10,000-12,000 pounds total or 5-6 tons. That bridge rated at two tons can probably take 4 tons, but might incur damage over repeated abuse. The bridge so short that probably one axle at a time was on it, so that would be half, so that helps.
I give you a lot of credit for being so young and taking on this adventure. Traveling is a beautiful learning experience and you will remember your adventures for the rest of your life.👍
I am glad Peaches has a doggy friend to hang out with. Be careful on those two ton bridges because the Toyota weighs at least that much. Your cab over is closer to three tons. Thanks for having us along. The shower scenes were fun and clean. Pun intended.
I enjoyed the entire video! What I appreciated the most, was you looking for an employee to inform them the water in the shower would not shut off. Good man!
Awww Ethan babe, really sorry n sad to hear about you and Austen. You're a beautiful guy, not just in looks/face/body, but personality too ❤️😍 Take care beautiful Ethan. Tons of love n hugz from the UK babe. Even though you won't feel this yet, things do get easier/ better 🤗❤️😍😘

Hi Ethan and Austin - you guys had some crazy weather freezing with ice on windshield to hot as hell in camper with all the fans on😮 but at least least peaches always kept her tail wiggling 😂enjoyed watching this video and till next time you and Austin take care and be safe ❣️🤠
The force was with you staying at Buc-ee's! They are famous for running RV off. We were sitting in are rv eating $50 of overpriced food we just bought 5 minutes before and told we are " camping" if not in the store or connected to a fuel pump. Yes they made us leave.
One thing to remember about Buc-eez...they advertise that their restrooms are the cleanest of any along U.S. highways...also... leave your cash register receipt(fold it to hide your card data) on the dashboard of your truck to prove you were/are a customer...it is your proof that you are legitimately on their property...just sayin'....
@mmurphy2317 They do not care if you bought something. We spent a lot of money there and they knew that we had just finished shopping. It's the company's policy, no RV, big trucks, or overnight parking of any kind. Which is fine, their stores their policy, my money.
Regarding the broken door latch, consider drilling a hole in the exposed latch (where u attached the rock) then use a keyfob or a keyfob loop, Either way, it's a more stable and permanent fix.
My first boyfriend grew up in a small desert town in California. When we visited his family, we hosed ourselves down til soaked before going for a walk. We were only out for 20-30 minutes and completely bone dry by the time we reentered the house. Hosing down is what people there do. Sane people only use swamp coolers, resorting to AC only as augmentation and distinct lack of poverty.
Ethan you are the most wonderful human. I enjoy watching you navigate the trials and tribulations of Van camping and I must say you do it very well. Stay Safe, Stay Sane ,your are loved and admired be so many. Safe travels😇❤
I like the respect and consideration you have for parking. There is a phrase I have grown up with which is not to "Kick the arse out of..." It means when you have an opportunity and take it don't exploit it to the point of causing offence. I like you are considerate of the boundaries of others and their town
Ethan, Wil and I went a week camping in Arkansas. Yes FREE camping. Followed a book Tent camping in Arkansas. Were always on back roads. Found Eureka Springs, Jerusalem, some cool CCC camps, River Hollow, falling leaf springs, War Eagle Mill,..wow..! Have a grandma never knew till years later that probably waved at us! Quite friendly. Put 2200 miles on rental car with old paper map, that had different road #, as they changed them since 911.A week on dirt roads seeing the real arkansas. Great place to get on back roads.
Fun as always Ethan! I have seen some of the scammer sites. Good idea to warn people. Everyone has an angle unfortunately. Thanks again for sharing your experiences!
Hi Ethan! Glad to see you and Austin doing well. Little towns are quaint. And for the most part the people there are quite friendly. I enjoy your videos and stories of your travels. From a follower in VA midway between the Bay and the mountains. Safe travels.
Thank you for sharing Ethan. I was just in Eureka Springs, AR a couple of weeks ago. Wish I had known you were here in my city of Springfield, MO. It would have been an honor to meet you.
1:53 Heads up! Your camper and truck have a total weight of at least 7500 pounds, probably more. The very short span of that particular bridge may have saved you. Longer spans will be much less forgiving. You can get the exact weight of your rig at a truck stop scale or RV dealer. (Jewish Mother) PPS Thanks for posting these videos.
first time i saw your video and i am enjoying it knowing i dont have a camper like yours.. wish i will have also someday.. its so nice camping to public and just live life.
It is a neat town to explore! Lots of interesting shops. The parking is bad and the side walks need work, too. I don’t live too far from there. I hope you had a good time!
Ethan welcome to Kansas. Get some j.b.weld an mix it up an it will hold door handle. I use it on everything an still holding. You should find a truck weight scale an get accurate weight on your rig. Love your videos.
We get to see more of your travels. Eureka Springs looks so quaint I love seeing the little shops. Bucky's looks fun. Way to crowed for me. I am glad you did not get towed. I don't think you broke the shower. I think it was already broken and you where the unlucky one the broke it the rest of the way. Your all good Ethan. Peaches is getting so big. That is a fun way to fix a door. I like this kind of video also. I hope that you Peaches and your friend are doing good this afternoon.
You sure go through some trials and thank goodness you have Austin there. It's so good to have another video from you. Take care and lucky you have Peaches for company too. Scammers are scum as you are so honest and have integrity. 🤗xx
Really enjoyed this format! While we weren't able to see your lovely face during the outro, it was awesome hearing your voice for it with various clips! I noticed the scammers trying piggy back on you. So glad you commented on the issue to help prevent people getting taken advantage of. Be safe out there and love the videos! (the water is still on and running to this day! lol)
Lowes is a great place. great internet access, security towers, only asked to move on in st augustine florida, its quiet unless they have a walmart right beside.
The constant search for a place to park overnight has to be a little nerve-wracking. I lived out of my car for six months, on the streets of LA, and the memories still haunt me.
@@someguy9778Seems like so many people doing it is what would make it scary. I see the homeless vehicle villages popping up on the streets here in California and knowing that 80% of the homeless in California are dual diagnosis with MH issues and substance abuse would make me very afraid to camp anywhere but a secure parking lot or a paid camp site.
@@JayRedden28 then maybe stop voting for people that keep that problem around - btw, you can literally thank former governor (and later President) Reagan for most the problem.
It's a lot of fun watching you do normal person things. 😁 I'm always happy when you upload a new video and I'm already looking forward to the next one. I personally like the kind of video where you talk a lot about your experiences and what you do but any format is great. 😘
Yay Bigfoot sightings. This type of video is great. I don’t remember seeing any rules limiting them to a single day 😂. I enjoy your ventures. Keep on rolling 🚚
Opět zajímavé video. Děkuji za možnost vidět vaši zemi tvýma očima. Another interesting video. Thank you for the opportunity to see your country through your eyes. Greetings again from the Czech Republic.
Many travel plazas are ok with you overnight parking if they have the space ,but it also helps if you save the receipts when you buy things as proof you are a customer just incase. Be very careful of bridges with posted weight limits be depending on how old the bridge is the limit might no longer be accurate !
You asked to comment on your video, I liked it! Actually, just you carrying on with your life is so fun to watch. I love your dry sense of humor which comes across regardless of where you're at or what you're doing "Peaches!! it's literally me" cracked me up, made the whole 15 minutes I invested watching this video worth it. Thank's for sharing your travels Ethan.
Glad you made it to Arkansas I live in Arkansas I like to watch your videos occasionally if I catch them on RUclips here I live in the Mountain Home Arkansas on Flippin Arkansas area they call it the twin lakes area it's Bull Shoals lake and North fork lake area it's beautiful and they got campsites here if you ever want to come this area at least two lakes
Another fun video, Ethan! Using a rock for the door handle was so clever. I'm always inexplicably excited when you visit a place I've been to. Or vice versa. I liked Eureka Springs, too. I couldn't get over how the houses were built on such steep hills, practically into the rock walls. I spent the night in the very same spot you did. I've never attempted overnighting at a Buc-ee's but after your success, I may try it. Inside is insane though. And so much food! Safe travels and looking forward to your next video.
WOW, you were literally 10 minutes from my house when you were at Buc-ees! Wish I would have known you were in the area. I would loved to have met and filled you and Austin in on some cool local places you would have liked. I stop there at Buc-ees a lot for their brisket sandwiches. So YUMMY! 😋 And be careful when driving over bridges with weight limits. Your truck with the camper, liquids and all your gear will be OVER 5 TONS. Always love your content Ethan. Hopefully Scrappy-Doo and I will get to meet all of you at some point when we get on the road. Sold my camper van conversion i was working on and bought a 4x4 7.3L Power Stroke Ambulance last weekend and working on converting it now. Hoping to be out of here by the first of June and living it up like you all are and posting content too. Take care and safe travels...❤
I absolutely love your videos. I especially enjoy how creative you are in solving problems. You remind me of my father-in-law in the way he tackled problems (like fixing your door). I would love to know more about Austin-how you all got together etc. I’m glad you’re not traveling alone. That always worried me. I like your format. It is sickening to think people would steal on the back of your hard work. I hope they fail - and get caught.
Ethan, EthanTravels, If you put your truck in tow mode when in places with a lot of hills, curves, and in the mountains it will bring your engine into a higher engine braking mode which utilizes the compression of your engine as a brake. It has variable vane turbos and it will help slow you down and save your brake pads. Do on my '08 f250 4x4 6.4l diesel all the time. Would have been especially helpful in Eurika Springs. Love that town. I live just out east of Oklahoma City in McCloud. I'm just off I-40 about 1/2 mile north, 1.5 miles east and 3/8 back south. I'm right next to the interstate but it's not horribly loud. Lol. In the area need a free place to park shoot me a message.
he doesnt seem to read comments. I tried tell him how to drive but it never got to his attention. He burned up his transmission pretty quick and will burn this one out too for lack of knowledge on how to drive an auto.

@@xraylifehis Ford truck is between 5000-6000 lbs and the camper is around another 3000 lbs. 8000-9000 lbs is 4 to 4.5 tons, and that doesn’t include his fuel, water, etc. so his full setup is probably in the neighborhood of 5 tons total.
@@jamesfromacct 4x4 which is never going to be that light., add 500lbs at least. Looks like all f350 that are 4wd are close to or over 7,000 lbs Im not sure if I am looking at gas or diesel weights, but diesel engines are considerably heavier too. Campers, when loaded up for living can be 1,000's heavier than what the store sticker says, sticker weights are always a lie too. so a 2500 lb camper like this can weigh 4000+ pretty easy. Yea, a half ton ford 2wd would be lighter.
@@xraylife if i did math right, 2 tons is 2000lbs times 2 = 4000. that might be what the camper weighs. truck is over 7000lbs so that is 3.5 tons empty, it diesel and 4wd so add lots more weight. 7500lbs posibly, plus 3500 for camper maybe, so 10-11,000lbs, so that is over 5 tons using 2,000lbs as measure of a ton.Util he goes to scales we do not know. It is heavy, yes and little Ethan needs learn how to drive an auto at this point or he will burn up another trans.
You’re doing pretty good buddy. I thought about getting the RV too. It’s always good to have a pet with you on those lonely nights and that silence. And I’m enjoying watching how you solve problems.
I think the fact that he is keeping himself out of Ethans video indicate the type of relationship they have. Ethan does'nt maybe want that topic to be the center of his content.
It's a good idea not to put the travelling companions in the videos, because when they "move on" the problem of their not wanting to be in all the older videos won't happen. Editing them out of all the old videos would be a big mess.

Kansas is my home state. Kansas’s weather is insane. Hot one minute and cold the next.
Always great content no matter the form you enjoy doing.
You sure go through some trials and thank goodness you have Austin there. It's so good to have another video from you. Take care and lucky you have Peaches for company too. Scammers are scum as you are so honest and have integrity. 🤗xx
Love the rock door handle! How creative.
I used to hate finding new places every day and especially when there were street lights around. In fact any light. I like the natural light. ❤👍👋👋👋👋👋
Yep! - Buc-ees can be overwhelming, like Walmart can be.
Another enjoyable part of your trip. That gas station was amazing. Nothing like that here in Australia.
basicly it means your going on about nothing and being more worried then you need to be
Really enjoyed this format! While we weren't able to see your lovely face during the outro, it was awesome hearing your voice for it with various clips! I noticed the scammers trying piggy back on you. So glad you commented on the issue to help prevent people getting taken advantage of. Be safe out there and love the videos! (the water is still on and running to this day! lol)
Love this format and really liked seeing the town and where you were instead of just the camping experience.
Lowes is a great place. great internet access, security towers, only asked to move on in st augustine florida, its quiet unless they have a walmart right beside.
Now that's is a different type of passenger prince(ess) Love your videos. Thanks for Sharing!
Another excellent adventure and our videography is, as always, on point.
The constant search for a place to park overnight has to be a little nerve-wracking. I lived out of my car for six months, on the streets of LA, and the memories still haunt me.
lol, it's easy in Los Angeles...So many people do it here.
Water is a constant need, I had trouble in Cali in general finding water.
I'm doing the same here in OC.. I've been lucky
@@JayRedden28 then maybe stop voting for people that keep that problem around - btw, you can literally thank former governor (and later President) Reagan for most the problem.
I Love BUC-EES!!!
When in Texas, it’s the fun place to gas up, eat, and random shop.
It’s always an adventure!
😃🙌🏻👍🏻✌🏻
Work your way over to Wisconsin, lots of cool stuff to see here.
Happy trails to you. I look forward to seeing your video's often. 🎉
Hi guys, head for some place warm! Love to see Peaches in her little t shirt. Happy camping guys and Peaches!
It's a lot of fun watching you do normal person things. 😁 I'm always happy when you upload a new video and I'm already looking forward to the next one. I personally like the kind of video where you talk a lot about your experiences and what you do but any format is great. 😘
I have been there many times used to drag my trailer down there. And over to Beaver Lake so much fun.
Keep your eyes open for an old aluminum screen doorwhile driving around. Switch out the latch..😊
You’re absolutely amazing and I love your work ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love your travels it is almost like I am traveling with you thank you for everything Ethan ❤❤
So YUMMY! 😋
And be careful when driving over bridges with weight limits.
Most of the truck stops have free RV parking. Some of the Loves have pay RV sites w/utilities and shower houses.
Nothing like it its around 2 tons total.
5-6 tons would be a dump truck.
@@xraylife i imagine a dump truck is way more than 10,000lbs
You’re doing pretty good buddy. I thought about getting the RV too. It’s always good to have a pet with you on those lonely nights and that silence. And I’m enjoying watching how you solve problems.
Enjoying your vids. Not sure how it came across my feeds but I'm glad it did. Stay safe and keep creating these.
THAT, was fun! Thanks for sharing, Ethan!
Several Bigfoot (Austin) sightings in this video. Lol
lol
He seems cute!
@@therealanton He looks about the same age or a couple of years older as Ethan but not as boyish a look as Ethan. Very handsome too.
Both very cute
Are they together? He always refers to him as “his friend”
I wonder if he and Austin are a couple? Good that they're looking after each other.
I think the fact that he is keeping himself out of Ethans video indicate the type of relationship they have. Ethan does'nt maybe want that topic to be the center of his content.
They are not.
@@josiellmendes How do you know? Just curious.
@@nolandzur Interesting perspective.
It's a good idea not to put the travelling companions in the videos, because when they "move on" the problem of their not wanting to be in all the older videos won't happen. Editing them out of all the old videos would be a big mess.
Ok, now this is nuts , but a friend of mine was watch'n your post. I quickly left the room, came back & pow! It so looked ( for a sec) that you were getting your extreame recreational pharmochologly degree. Ya, my jaw dropped. How do u find such out of the way places. Use the naked & af***d app? Oh, snap, wrong channel. Was that a pelvic tat I think I saw during shower? U wild man. Also, Mr business ceo.U r on 2 something. DIY on road/ camping quick fix. Ta & da! Oh, look'n real fit there sir. Nice job! Yes, someone is doing more cameo shots. Great vid as always. Thanx 4 mak'n me jell of u & your job. 🥂
I can also say you are well over 2 tons on the weight limit so be careful on that. They always build in a safety margin on weight limits, but don’t find out the hard way! Be safe

Great adventure Ethan! I can hardly wait, we open our RV May 1st at the lake and put the boat in for the summer. Stay safe, be good!
This format feels more thought out and better paced, thanks!
I really enjoy following your adventures and it’s great to see you have a partner to share those adventures with! Stay safe!! 💙
You gotta get a koalache, brisket, and beaver nuggets when at Bucky's!
You're amazing. ❤❤ thank you for that quick fix. 🙏 for safe travels
Not sure you've mentioned it yet but I love the 100K plaque you had over the table. Looks great! Keep up the content and one day or a season, Im glad to see you having fun. Keep it up!
