- Ever wondered why there are so many different types of soy sauce? How is tamari really any different from the regular stuff? Here I'll taste test the 5 main different types to figure out what to do with them and how to pair them with your food. There are a few other subcategories, but there are 5 main ones!

Please correct me if I am wrong - if someone is referring to light soy sauce, they are not referring to the diluted sauce, are they?
@@user-iw3pc9yx6z I'm glad I could be of help! You're correct, light sauce is not diluted. The main difference between "regular" soy sauce and "light" soy sauce is simply that light soy sauce has not been fermented as long, so the flavors are not as strong.
