    I feel that this video is a great exercise to help get my vocal folds back in shape. I’ve been so busy with school that I’ve neglected my voice for the past few months. I’m definitely feeling this one! Always love your videos, and of course the Singing Straws :) Thanks, Whitney!

    When exhaling do you do a /u/ sound?(could it be any letter?) or is it just releasing air?

      I always recommend dong whatever feels most natural for your voice!

    I loved this video! What a great workout. I do have one question which is on the Cat Cow, are we supposed to inhale for 4 counts, or inhale ON the 4th count? Thanks, and thanks for these videos (and the straws) ❤️
