I loved this video! What a great workout. I do have one question which is on the Cat Cow, are we supposed to inhale for 4 counts, or inhale ON the 4th count? Thanks, and thanks for these videos (and the straws) ❤️

When exhaling do you do a /u/ sound?(could it be any letter?) or is it just releasing air?
I always recommend dong whatever feels most natural for your voice!
