@2:41 Erasers are used to "erase black names written in a notebook". Nayeon received her black names through the gamble, but they're written in their own notebook. Much like how Chaeyoung first started at negative points in the beginning where the penalty black names were in her book.

18:35 yes, there are different way of playing rock paper scissor game. In Nayeon's case, in order to win, you need to get win+draw in a row (i forgot if it have to be a draw or another win will also do, but I think it has to be a draw)
