In TV Animation there are 12 frames of animation a second and each frame is held for 2 frames.....for a total of 24 frames a second (which is the set rate for all animation). You can play around with how long a drawing is held frame wise for different looks :) Example, so if you have it on 10 one drawing is held for 2.4 frames and on 12 a drawing is held for 2 frames (a second).....More info for you :D I have been enjoying your Volgs!! and your art style is really cute!!

Thank you so much for the tips and the kind words! Ah, that's perfect. I knew about the 12 frame thing, but I had no idea it was common to hold a frame for two frames. That's excellent! :D
