I love the Doors, but odd choice of music for the video.

The building project must be the Mowlem so that puts the film at around 1966/1967. This certainly takes me back. The "Jaguar" was great fun and I remember powering around the bay on board. There was another similar catamaran called "Cheetah" which was also exhilarating to a small boy. Much earlier, I remember another single hulled speedboat called "Miss Swanage" and you boarded her near the Parish Slipway. There were also more sedate sea trips aboard heavy wooden launches, embarking from the Old Quay.. One was called "Lucky Me" I remember she was turquoise with white lettering and there was another launch called, I think, "Esmeralda". She had a white hull, with varnished mahogany gunwales, and seats. I remember seeing the paddle steamers arriving at the pier, and there was a very memorable return cruise to Bournemouth aboard the "Matapan"

Yes, I love this. I didn't get the musical choice for the Swanage fire clip. This, however, is an inspired choice. What's the building project? Is it the Mowlem?

Looks like the Mowlem to me...
