I clicked without hesitation when I saw my notification.I love your self care content. I will try journaling as well . As for me I wake up at 3 am and read my Bible and pray saying my gratitude and drink warm water afterwards. This revives my body , spirit and mind . I have a 21 months old toddler and oh boy he is busy bee and starting my self care at 3 am prepares my day for him .
Hey Janika. You're right about trying new things. I found out last year that I love to cook. When the mood hits me, I would take my time and cook something that I always wanted to try. Not only do I feel accomplished, but the results are delicious in the end.
@@JanikaBates Major tip: Find and take a cooking class and get a cook book. Some classes are free to try or are at a low cost, and the cook book would help you perfect your skills. Not only will you learn something new, but you'll love it...even when you make mistakes. ☺️
Your videos also helped me with postpartum not depression because I also wasn’t diagnosed but showering helped me relax and just really helped with all the hormones. Thank you so much for your content 🩷
