Thanks for Watching My guess is the CEO wanted to make sure he was not causing trouble, and overworking for the wrong reasons, but when she realized how diligent he was at his job, she not only changed her direction for him, but also started liking him for being too hard a worker, and wanted him to relax a bit, hence why she encouraged him to drink with her. When he then didn't make a move on the obviously drunk woman, she knew she could depend on him, and decided to ask him out. I'd say she made the right call, as I see those two working out well. Shout-out to my Co-Star, Erin Nicole Lundquist, who really captured both the Serious and strict CEO, but also the Cute and Lovey-Dovey woman in the same character. See you guys next time!
I agree with CEO's take on how to train and lead people. I never spoon fed anyone I was training, I would redirect their question in way that would guide them towards being able to figure out the answer on their own. After they gave me them if they were right, or on the wrong track completely. Everyone has different levels of knowledge, and teaching them effectively is part of any good TL's job. Good on her for forcing him to rest, and rethink how he was approaching things. He'll be much happier in the long run.
There are times where even that is insufficient. I've had to spoon feed employees more times than I want to consider, because they were all but trying to become a workplace fatality. Not understanding why you don't walk in front of tow motors, not understanding why you don't walk in front of semi trucks, not understanding why there's plexiglass guards on the hydraulic crimper and trying to stick their hand in it despite the guards... Some people are not suited for a given work environment, and you have to keep them from finding a new way to accidentally kill or maim themselves. Literally. And these were all functioning adults, from early 20s to mid 60s... I really don't get it.
This was so adorable and wholesome! Marin knew exactly how hard working Ikuma is and, after a little adorable drunk night, Marin turned Ikuma from her subordinate to her future husband.
Interesting to see this type of situation represented. Bosses essentially forcing people to go home happens, at least it does in a good company, under a good boss.
It happened to me just once (I mean under one employer), while for all others overworking your ass almost beyond breaking was very welcomed. Yeah, there might be bonuses or shit, but there is no care for wellbeing.

I was strangely more invested in the overworked slave arc half of the story than the romance half this time. I feel like i have been this guy before, taking on lots of responsibilities and feeling like I'm the burden when I can't take more, sacrificing my free time and sanity to make things easier on others, not clocking in my extra hours after work cause I feel bad for not being done yet and then getting lectured to write my extra half hour down by my boss.....I felt like the CEO in this story was directly talking to me.
I'm actually about to resign on my company because of that, the truth is I believe there's too much work that only I know how to do and when I quit they'll feel it, but I can't negotiate if they don't feel the pain.

And, most probably, they will find another decent, hard-working soul that will again take care of everything while half of the team will keep slacking off.
Same here, brother, same here... there is a semi-joke / semi-proverb that goes roughly like this: if you show that you can do something right, you will be burdened with it all the time. Then do 2nd, 3rd thing well, and... you have the idea :) quickly you are being given twice the amount of tasks than others. AND you are expected to do them perfectly. This sucks. On the other hand, there was just one employer that was often kicking me out of office after the usual 8 hours shift. I left that place, but keep good memories. So yeah, this story refreshed that memory :)

I don't remember many other undercover female CEO if any, but this one is great. Mixed feelings on the mature and aloof side, but nonetheless it was really cute and they make a great couple. I liked seeing the two develop a bond and what came after. Great story
I hated to train newbies. I also didn't make a good manager, partly because I didn't have enough authority. I ended up doing their work too, because if I didn't it wouldn't get done.
Bruh. She completely had him around her finger. She was aware of him being perfect slave for her company so she pretended that she cares since she knows that he will reach his limit soon and quit. She would never let of go of such good slave. That where she forced him to do many uncomfortable things with her. Then made him pay bill and pretended to be drunk and sleep in same bed. That correct that she said sorry but it was just another act since she proceded to guilt trip him after that. He never had any choice in any matter. If he refused that maybe she would even blackmail him for making her drunk and taking her to his house without her permission. He will be scared of her his whole life now. Always suffocating. Also notice that she knows that she shouldn t use her status as CEO but she always did. And later in story she was always with bodyguard next to her. Meaning she didn t want their relationship to be public. This guy should quit this place long time ago. It will just make him die faster.
What a lovely CEO to fall in love 🥰 with! In truth both are very nice persons and she saw what a very hard worker he was taking responsibility to teach the CEO and the people of the company! It is because of this that she fell in love with him. Love is great for them ❤ 🌺 💕

Ikuma played along very well with Marin's "undercover mission" 😊 I guess it's hard IRL to pretend to not know the CEO if he's /she's "undercover" right beside you 🤔 Great that Marin knew already that Ikuma worked his a*s off and came behind why he made so much overtime 🤩 Marin was super cute, clingy and funny when she was drunk 😂 Eventually she "promoted" him from being her employee to her future husband 😍 Thank you very much for this sweet, funny and heartwarming video 🥰
OK, as an IT Professional, Systems Engineer and overall "coder", i felt a little upset with this character, i understand that the MC knew who she really was, but i am SO SICK of having to "babysit" ignorant people just because they have some sort of "connections", and/or because they are female AND beautiful, so "i am supposed to bear with it"... DUDE, the person who taught me pretty much EVERYTHING i know about Computers IS a Woman, and i can say that if i am "Obi-Wan", then she is pretty much "Qui-Gon".
rather then the typical ceo falls in love with employee it would have been so much better if by the end the ceo shows up and it turns out marin wasnt the ceo but her younger twin sister would have been a nice twist

Yeah, going out to dinner and let the girl pan. Yeah that’s gonna end. Well you should go Dutch at all times after all feminism one, so they should be able to pay for themselves, and the guy should not pay for the girl, but the girls cannot pay for the guy because, they just won’t except that and if they do, it’ll be begrudgingly see this guy should not even think about having a relationship with the CEO. Not only because it’s at his place of work but it’s because girls they are hypergamy rather demands that the girl be with a guy that’s equal to her but they prefer the guy to be 20% above her or more, and since she makes more money than him that means it’s going to be a future problem.
