I just picked one of these up, it's going back to the factory for warranty repair. That spot on the barrel where the ball in that pin goes, was drilled too large, and so deep there's a hole in the barrel, and it has alot of play in the cylinder when it's supposed to be locked in place.

I don’t want to be shot by one! lol
I should be getting mine in a week or so. A perfect backup for my Desert Eagle! Haha!
Great job on the video! 🇺🇸

Lol I told my wife that if we really get in deep s*** I will hand her the 22 short to “snap” at the threat while I reload my main carry gun.

I had a freedom firearms little pistol like that and it was pretty nice it was dependable

Probably a good idea to go with the revolver instead of the semi-automatic pistol you won't get it to feed correctly at least

Smart man. A well-made manually operated firearm is always a more reliable design than any anyloader. Anyone who says otherwise is lacking in knowledge or making an emotional conclusion. They'll say things like "revolvers can still jam." Duh, bro. Anything mechanical can malfunction. What's the rate of revolver malfunctions? One thousandth of one percent? One ten thousandth?

That's a nice revolver but it is too slow to reload during an emergency-what do you think?

I generally agree with you. I carry spare ammo with every carry gun except this one for two reasons. One is that if I’m carrying this it is because I have limited room to carry anything. Two is that I’m not real comfortable with rim fire cartridges in my pocket. They do make the Ranger and Sidewinder which are top break and swing out cylinders but they are a lot more expensive. My tactical logic with this little revolver is that my assailant would be less than five feet away and totally shocked to hear the report of a weapon. The surprise of me being armed would probably be as effective as the diminutive revolver itself. Because of that I doubt I would have a need to reload. If you’re thinking of a situation where you are behind cover and exchanging fire with a mass shooter then you also won’t need more than five rounds because you’re going to lose. lol. Thanks for watching and commenting!

@@noahbianchi1920 totally agree with your tactical assessment...we think of our .22lr model as a last second surprise, in your face derringer...that is an extremely tiny niche, but these guns about the best available...the usual 2 shot derringers are bigger and much heavier...the NAA can conceal just about anywhere, all the time...

If you have enough room on your person to be carrying spare ammunition, you have room to be carrying a second one of these. ;-)

These little guns are not to be under estimated. I bought a pair of them in the mid 1980's, and they have been backpacking, motorcycle camping, canoe camping and carried sometimes daily. I lived most my life in and around Washington D.C. so legal CCW was not in the cards. Concealing with no hint of carrying was total importance. In April of 1988, and May of 2017, a little NAA in my hand saved my butt. Now we've moved to Texas in 2015, and I'm legal carrying for the first time in my life, its still an NAA in my right side pocket, and a spare in a IWB holster appendix carry.
Anyone who thinks a .22 is inadequate, watch the video of the Reagan shooting by John Hinckly. Nobody who go that was up and doing the Walter Houston jig. The D.C. police officer who got hit in the neck had to medically retire from loss of use of his set arm. Jim Brady spent the rest of his life in a wheelchair from brain damage hit in the head. Secret service agent hit in the stomach was down and out in agony. The President hit by a ricochet off the car door had a puncture lung, and the bullet stopped an inch from his heart. At close range most assaults/car jackings take place, these little guns are more than capable of stopping an assault. So small theres no reason to go unarmed.

I very much agree with what you’re saying. While the incident you mention was incredibly tragic and I wish it had never happened it does illustrate your point. I have carried this way more than I expected to. I actually just got the 22 magnum version that I will make a follow up video on soon.
Sure if I have the ability to conceal anything larger I do but in a pinch these are way better than my fist.
