The MORR guys are use to wheeling on the sandpaper in Utah where every tire feels like a sticky red krawler .. Tennessee slick trails are a whole different game! Trail 21 is no joke , props to anybody with limited eastern off-roading experience getting on those ledges.
@@gordonmurray3153 each terrain has its own challenges. Mud, clay, sand, slippery rocks, hot rocks, snow, ice, water all present their own difficulties that need different techniques and even set up to tackle.

Here in Scotland where I live, driving in less than perfect road conditions, walking in dodgey conditions underfoot, is pretty much what we do.

Weigel's is pretty great. I've noticed that pretty much every single one is unique. Like the really classic-looking one between Kingston and Oak Ridge on 95. I'm excited about the Versus channel. Josh sure knows how to shred an axle.

I actually saw when the smaller cut happened. The tire was pinched between a rock and the wheel. And it was the cut that happened first. Then a couple seconds later the second larger cut happened.

Every now and then watching these videos I think that Matt is not wrapped real tight. Having said that he knows how to have fun. Back in the day we used to Carry a couple of tire patches called a Baja boot. You had to break down a tire to install it but it beat walking out.

Matt I completely agree about having enough of hot humid air !! I now live in lower Alabama on the Gulf Coast. Since 2007. The very long summers here are brutal. Nothing but very hot, and extreme humidity all day every day. I love the outdoors but this place makes it miserable to be outside. And don't forget the 50 types of flying biting insects that drive ya crazy. Yellow flies, horse flies, mosquitoes, no see ums, and list goes on and on. Good grief.
@@funkymedina2974 I lived in Columbia SC and went to Ft. Jackson alot. I know all to well about chiggers. Especially around the top of your sock area. That place is almost as bad as here. It starts sooner here and last lo ger is the only real difference
Yeah, I never understood why people retire to Florida or Gulf shores It's miserable in those states. Went to Disneyworld years ago & when we weren't soaking wet with sweat, we were wet from the 10 surprise showers a day!
That horrible sound in the Grand Cherokee sounded like my old CJ when it had a slipping chain in the transfer case. Not sure if that one has a chain driven or gear driven transfer case . Great video!

I love the MORRVAIR! There's just no other way of saying it, I just love it! I would take it over any useless can't even drive over a pebble Lamborghini, I would honestly rather have the Mighty MORRVAIR over any other vehicle in the galaxy! Cause it's the best Vehicle in the Galaxy! Space shuttle ain't got shyt on the MORRVAIR! Matt is a Diabolical Genius and Combined Style and Brute Force, a lot of people don't care about Style offroad and I understand, but if you are building something from scratch, might as well make it pretty, the MORRVAIR is classic, Amazing Looking and Performs on and offroad! I seriously believe Matt nailed it on the head! And yes, I really would take it over a Ferrari, Lamborghini or any of those POS'S! Great, you can go 200mph but can you drive over Rocks 🪨 or even a speed bump? Here's the answer, NO ! The MORRVAIR can !

Hes used to sticky rocks and sand and he's out here wheeling on Vaseline 😅 I know the clay around here is pretty slick when it's wet

I live in eastern Ky, just hours away from windrock, we know the slick wheeling, it is the most awesome ride thru creeks, mountains, and rocks ❤️❤️❤️

Those trails are nightmares and your bleeping crazy keep em coming I love them.
The Morvair did pretty good on those Tennessee trails. Especially since the MORR guys never done that type of off-roading before.
We clear trails of downed trees on the regular up here north of 49⁰. A chainsaw is standard wheeling equipment.

Windrock is 73,300 acres of fun - roughly 1000 acres to a square mile. 7 miles by ten miles.
