First of your posts I've seen, looks super healthy and well done! You are very welcoming in the beginning which is a huge plus! ps surprised those eggs didn't cook into scrambled when you added them to that super hot cabbage. the lemon pepper, corn starch and chix bullion are interesting additions. Look like you could use a bigger bowl like a huge stainless one. I need to get a food saver but don't know which one is affordable and that one can get bags forever. wonder if the plastic is bpa free too.

Thank you for your comments. I love my sealer vac. And bags I get are from the manufacturer who sells the machine. I think my air sealer was around $64.00 on Amazon. I let the cabbage cool a bit prior to putting the eggs into the mixture. The taste with the tumuric lemon pepper and chicken buillion made it very tasty. The next day that we had some for lunch. I put it in my air fryer on. Sear for 3 minutes.!it made it crispy like a pizza. Yummy

The cooked cabbage was very hot when you added eggs, flour, water, and still steaming when you added the chopped veggies? I would have thought to start with cooled cabbage

@@agirly1503 they are bags for a seal vac machine. I buy them in a roll. Cut them to size desired then seal them on my seal vacuum
