I've loved Katharine since her AI audition. And David is A LEGEND. Katharine had already had a career before she married him and they've known each other for so long so I have no doubt that their marriage isn't about anything but love for each other. They are so cute together. When they talk about each other, they give each other little touches. Its so cute!!! I'm so happy for them!!

@J J I’m a month late on your comment. In the beginning of his and Kat’s relationship I thought no surprise and it really wasn’t, as it seemed obvious that there was a strong attraction going back to American Idol. I only watched one episode of RHOBH and it was one where all were gathered in Yolanda’s and David’s home and she asked him to play a tune on the piano to a rather disgusting made up song and I could tell David didn’t want to, so regardless of her sickness, there were problems brewing.
I don’t understand how women can be with a guy and act so happy when he outside of his current marriage starts flirting with them....

I think that they are very well suited for each other. Yolanda is a beautiful women, but David Foster is all about music. A couple has to have things in common that draw them together. Romance isn't forever and if you have nothing in common, a marriage simple fades just like beauty. My husband and I are fourteen years apart and it can be a struggle at times to find common ground but we are both artistic and have a deep love for our family and that is what holds us together.

I came to the comment section to see if anyone talked about the singer he mentioned at the end, I didnt catch the name. But, wow, the scathing comments on their relationship. I get it, there is inherently something creepy about such an age gap. But these two seem truly genuine in their love and they're very open with the fact their relationship is unconventional. I came here after watching a Neil Sedaka interview where they mentioned that in the 70s David Foster was in his band playing keyboards. The picture they put was bizarre. David had real long messy hair and shades and was really skinny. He looked nothing like the guy of today. That was in 1974. The video of Neil performing Laughter In The Rain on Midnight Special had no Foster on keyboards.
He also started the Vancouver, BC one hit wonder band Skylark who had a U.S. hit in 1972 with the song "Wildflower" (video can be found here on YT).

He is full of connections and really is a mentor to her, boosting her face and voice out there way further than she could alone or any other person managing her. She is getting more fame just for being married to him alone, I truly believe she was not able to accomplish this all on her own even though she has accomplished minor fame on her own, so she definitely is with him for the main reason of being a really well known world wide star, after all this man even connected her to Andrea Boccelli and other major real talents and so she probably took a genuine liking to him and he definitely is admirable and still attractive even at his age. He is with her for the obvious. Young, ripe, and sexual, and someone that will follow whatever he says, not in a bad way, but makes him proud because she actually listens to him and his advice and because of what he is able to do for her. Let's address the elephant in the room: was he cheating on Yolanda with Katharine prior to their divorce in 2017? It seems so. It's interesting how we've normalized this. Hearts were broken and lives were torn apart. Yolanda was a beautiful person with a beautiful soul. I guess this is what happens when you marry a man that's been married three times before you get involved. Katharine is David's FIFTH wife. Not sure what he's looking for but hope he's found it.
