I don't believe in coincidence's, I know I was being led all day by the Holy Spirit about the 21 day's of Daniel praying. Freaking is so true lol. My 67th birthday was spent in Survival mode in Texas. Thank you Jesus. Psalm's 91:11.We have an Angel assigned to watch over us. We fight not against flesh and blood but principalities and power's of this world. David had a heart for the Lord ❤ I was just envisioning David dancing so hard he danced out of his clothes ! Thank you! The Lord led me to study Daniel and this really helped me to digest this passage, and also accept that some things I simply will not understand but once I keep the focus on what fruitfulness comes from my spiritual experiences, anything I need to know will be revealed. Your statement about God and the devil not being opposites really broke me out of the way I was thinking. Thank you for that. In a world of yin and yang it's easy to believe it's that way, but the bible is clear that God has no equal, nor counterpart. He is God all by himself, with all power. Subscribed!

Seeing the similarities between Daniel's encounter with the "Mighty Man" and John's encounter with Jesus in Revelation 1:9-18, I am led to believe that the being Daniel encountered after his 21-day prayer was the pre-flesh Christ. We must remember that human beings, prophetic or not, perceive the same things in different ways. Both Daniel and John saw a man with eyes of fire and a shining/illuminated face, both saw a man with a golden belt/sash, both saw a being with skin the color of bronze. Both Daniel and John ended up facedown on the ground in a state of weakness upon seeing this individual. Also, in Jeremiah 29:10, God promises that after 70 years of captivity in Babylon, He would come to His people. Daniel's vision event occurred 70 years after God's promise to Jeremiah. Obviously I cannot say for a fact that this is so, but if I were to surmise, I'd say that Daniel encountered Christ before he came to this world as a human. I look forward to the day that I can know definitively. One thing is for sure, and that is that our God and His representatives are glorious in all of their forms. Praise Him.

Dear brother, I was reading Daniel 10,11, and 12 today, and as I read chapter 10 the character that Daniel sees in the heaven and the man he sees stand out to me as a single person, Jesus. The Angel as I used to call him has almost identical appearance as Jesus as he showed himself to John before giving him the end times revelations. We already know that the message that Daniel received and the message that John received have tons in common, can it be it was the same messenger? See Daniel 10:5-6 and the book of Revelation 1:13-18 to compare them together. Not that Daniel 12 says seal the message because its for the future end times, and in book of revelation 22:10 John was told not to seal the book because the times were near. Many blessings!

I agree with this message. Very few Jews, the House of Judah, returned back to Israel to build and finish the Temple Ezra, Zeruabbel, and Nehemiah. The Temple was not as grand as Solomons Temple, as there were few workers, and the people wept. (The vast majority of the Jews who did not return to Israel, assimilated into the Pagan Babylonian Empire).

During the three weeks that Daniel was denying himself and seeking God, Gabriel was fighting with the Prince of Persia. Satan was opposing Gabriel's efforts to help the Perisan Prince cooperate with God by allowing the captive Jews to return and rebuild Jerusalem. The battle was over controlling influence of the Persian ruler.
i dont believe it was gabriel being described by daniel u see only jesus is depicted in the bible as having eyes life blazing fire and arms and legs like polished bronze, none of the angels have eyes like blazing fire check the book of revelation.
That's why Jesus said.. pray and pray always..
He was sad because the foundations were laid for the Temple but work was ceased.
This needs more studying , the spiritual world is like a unseen realm just like Psalm 82:1-3. who are the sons of God? 😊

Dan.10: 13-21
"Prince of the Persian kingdom" - the identification of this prince is of a supernatural being with a rank higher than that of angel Gabriel. As an evil angel, perhaps, this patron prince of the Persian kingdom was "Bahram" "the One who resists", in Greek - "the Devil" - ancient nickname of the planet Mars. This heavenly prince was stood in the way of the man Gabriel ("Gabriel" - sometimes the Hebrew name for the Moon). Opposition was the real reason for the delay. At the end of this period, Gabriel's path was cleared thanks to the intervention of Michael, the guardian angel of Israel (see Dan.12: 1). "One of the chief princes" - named Michael (Jewish nickname of the planet Venus) was called one of the most prominent celestial "princes".
Remember, angels are beings CREATED by God.
The description Daniel gives of the being sure fits that to a tee.
Metal legs and arms. A head like an energy source, and a message for Danial.
I believe in the almighty God and the messiah Jesus Christ.
Angels can take many forms according to Gods will.
Sure sounds like a manufactured being to me, sent by the Lord.

Just to contribute on Verse 13 where you said you don't understand, Angel Michael is the fighting archangel. (Jude 9, Revelations 12.7 , 1 Thessalonians 4:16 )
1 Thessalonians 4:16 is a great verse. It helps me understand Gabriel's references to Michael as Daniel's prince (10:21) and the prince of Daniel's people (Daniel 12:1). Archangel Michael is the Ruler of both angels and righteous men. 1 Thessalonians 4:16 is about Michael.

i dont believe the heavenly messsenger sent by god is an angle but the lord himself battling evil angelic powers because only the lord has eyes like blazing fire and arms and legs like the gleam of polished brass! none of the angels have eyes like fire fiery red yes but not like blazing fire.

The prince of Persia is a fallen angel. Demons have no spiritual body. A disembodied spirit can’t stop nor fight against an angel. Unless God allow some to keep their spiritual bodies.

Two things why dont you talk about the similaritiers between apocalipsis 1 And this passege . they are the same Being. And the fac is that Daniel fasted 21 days And it says on the 24 day came the Being you refere here. And I think it was Jesús.
Is the angel seen in Joshua 5:13 also Jesus? Note what he tells Joshua as he is on his knees in reverence and adoration. Joshua 5:15 the Angel tells him the same quote God told Moses in the burning bush. Also we see that in revelation angels dont let themselves get worshipped, but they say to worship God! Blessings! Also the bread of heaven stopped, could it be they had seen the real Bread of Life?

Interesting point however I suppose you have to remember, David here is speaking to a congregation and has limited time and will have to give a message that is balanced for all there. In his studies he does in the office, this would be a great place to explore Daniel deeper. God bless you
So the prince of Persia was able to overpower & withhold Jesus for 21 days? ...and Michael had to rescue Him, Jesus?
@@racheldixon1456 girl you will have to dig deep. There are territorials boundries and rules . also Mat. 28:18 is a key, was after death and risen al power and authority was given to him. Princesa of Persia had the right to the territory, which is different to being more powerful.
Dig deeper, Holy Spirit will be happy to guide you.

Sounds like the CERTAIN MAN was the prince of Grecia. Gabriel is the ONE that touched Daniel raising him to his knees and palms, touching his lips reversing the dumbness that came over him after hearing the CERTAIN MAN'S words and touched him again to strengthen his whole body. Hallelujah!
Even warns Daniel, that the CERTAIN MAN will return but that he would return afterwards. To clear up the confusion with scripture of TRUTH.
Only Michael and Gabriel were engaged in battle with the prince of Persia.
The visitor dressed in linen (righteous attire), with a fine gold belt (brightness as excellence as seen in Nebuchanezzar's dream, with terrible form), body like beryl (emeralds known for acute toxicity as beryl compound), face as lightening (rejected or projected light, false light), eyes as lamps of fire (righteous indignation)....was not an angel but a demon.
That's why Daniel, a holy man, was trembling and weak in the presence of darkness...for he knew it not.
These visions can be challenging to interpret, to be sure, especially when they involve prophecy and not just history.Many believe that the "certain man" was an angel sent from God to give insight to Daniel. Angels often appeared in human like form, and Daniel would have described him as best he could.
There is no mention of Michael touching Daniel so we cannot be sure about that. There doesn't seem to be enough evidence to suggest that what Daniel saw was a demon, but rather, an angel of God, a servant of God. Men often trembled when in the presence of the angels of God. We see that in Revelation 19:9, 10...
10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “See not I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
Daniel had been seeking God through denying himself fine food and anointing.We see in Daniel 10:12, that Daniel was seeking understanding from God, and the "certain man" was an angel of God sent to give him understanding.

Gabriel and Michael are the only two "...and there is , NONE that holdeth with me in these things". The "certain man" wasn't fighting the prince of persia, as he remained with the kings.
Yes, people trembled before angels. But let's not negate the visceral response to the "certain man" being present. Dan 8:17-18 Daniel was afraid at Gabriel's approach, fell on his face to the ground and a deep sleep on his face.
The difference was he was touched by Gabriel who set him upright.
The "certain man" told Daniel to stand upright on his own, Daniel was trembling and was unable to stand upright falling back to the ground and becoming dumb. Dan 11,15.
Also, his comeliness was turned in himself into CORRUPTION in Dan 10:8.
Daniel was NOT seeking God through fasting. Daniel was in mourning and depressed. Self denial resembles but is not fasting.
His depression was the door for the "certain man" to walk through.
Dan 10:20 Do you know why the ONE came unto you? Because the "certain man " would not deceive you. He will be back, this PRINCE OF GREECE.
21 But I will show you the scripture of truth....
The "certain man " sounds like Jesus.

Numbers 21 The brass serpent on a pole. If you get bitten by a deadly snake (sin) look at the image on the pole and live....this too shall come to pass.

Angels are created beings.
Jesus is the second person of the Triune Godhead, and uncreated.
