Noelle Reeve is a Planner at Tay Valley Township. During Noelle’s 15 years as manager of Tay Valley Township’s planning and building department in Eastern Ontario, TV received a number of recognitions, such as for its leadership in lake water protection from RVCA and MVCA, for their promotion of tiny homes for affordable housing from Algonquin College, for climate change from Climate Network Lanark, and for facilitating of an age-friendly community by the Province of Ontario. She didn’t get here from nowhere. She started 30+ years ago with a portfolio that includes working as a planner for regional district British Columbia Ministry of Government Services, she has worked in transportation demand management, she has worked as Vice President of Plan Smart New Jersey working with the state-wide Smart Growth Economy project and watershed planning for central Delaware tributaries. She also has done work in equity with Isles Trenton New Jersey, and even before that, she got her start with her BSc from Trent University and then a Masters from University of British Columbia’s school of community and regional planning.
