if hot worked component is cooled rapidly at the periphery we are more prone to get fine grain structure this is the same case as of that casting solidification
Let us assume that a material has been subjected to both hot and cold working to same extent of deformation. Please give a comparative study of mechanical properties of cold worked and hot worked material.
Such a good teacher
Student need teachers like u sir....
Sir can creep curve for hwp and cwp? And homologus temp on. Hwp and cwp
Very nice and simple explanation !! Thanks alot sir
Sir your lectures make each and every concepts of mine so clear and it really strengthens the subject's knowledge . Thanks a lot sir
Shivam singh . How to follow on his other lectures
Aweome teacher. We had shit for teachers
Sir whenever you come to Mumbai, please tell. I will get an opportunity to serve you.
Best explaination of one of most imp and core subjects of mechnaical engg
sir save as amie this lecture is useful to amie students also
Yes
In Bhandari machine design book,it is given that ductility decreases with increase in temp
chapter?
Very well explained.
Sir ur lecture is very good and nice explanation

Roll No. 57
Very helpful
Thnks a lot sir😊
I love u sir. Thanks for good teach
Very easy to learn Sir !!
Thank you very much
informative and knowledgeable
Elimination of the orientated cast structure happens or not
super
very easily and in depth explanation.
Good presentation sir .
Thanks of lot sir
Sir, when fine grain structure will produce, hot or cold working process?
if hot worked component is cooled rapidly at the periphery we are more prone to get fine grain structure
this is the same case as of that casting solidification
I don't have words to thank proffesor's of IIT'S who provide high Conceptual clarity videos & specially MHRD GOVERNMENT.
very clear explanation, thks so much Sir
Very well explained sir.....thank you so much..!!
Which metal to use for cold working
EX. copper exeter
Sir does the pores remain in hot working?
thank you sir
aye aye sir
i can't understand how deforming the metal at higher temperatures (above RT) can decrease the average grain size.
That is called grain recovery,as elongated grain breaks into finer grains
Let us assume that a material has been subjected to both hot and cold working to same extent of deformation. Please give a comparative study of mechanical properties of cold worked and hot worked material.
In cold working you can products of Close dimensional tolerance whereas you can't do that with hot working....
thanks good for civil engineer
Sk mondal sir ka lecture same lg raha h
