IS is even slightly lighter compared to the RC350. Its also more practical. Maybe the suspension tuning on the RC is more oriented to being sporty. Overall, IS better value.

Yep. The chassis is a lot more stiffer in the base RC than the IS. It is something like 50% more stiffer. I have an IS350 F-Sport and a 2016 RCF carbon fiber/TVD. The suspension is the same in the IS and RC. The RCF takes the base RC platform and goes a lot further as far as chassis and suspension goes where it is 70% difference so my RCF and IS350 F-Sport feel night/day.

I visited a Lexus dealer in March 2024. They had one RC350 sitting on the showroom floor from 2023. They almost never get them and when they do they are a hard sell. They did have several 2023 ISs too lol Needless to say they are not selling like hot cakes.
The IS is evolving slowly. It's a beautiful vehicle however Lexus needs to put more effort into modernizing Its technology. The RC 350 is a sweet ride. However, if able to afford I'd go for the RC 500.

Is350 all the way I have a 2020 is350 f sport and love it, it’s def quicker than I expected but not the fastest thing on the road and it is imo the best daily comfortable and ENOUGH power when you need it

For the price point, while owning a new IS350 DHP, I'd say no to trading in the IS. If this was for a RCF F, that's a different story. I like the RC's but JS.
honestly think i like the look of the IS better after the fact. It's more aggressive IMO
I own a 2016 RCF Carbon Fiber/TVD performance and a 2019 IS350 F-Sport.I have also driven an RC350 F-Sport back many years ago. The base RC platform is so much better than the IS. It is like twice as stiff. My RCF has everything beefed up from an RC platform to the point it is a 70% different car, Cheers!

I think the RC got a lil different suspension, I think they mixed the IS and GS suspension components together to make this car. You gotta get a RC F to drive tho and compare it to that 500 cus that F hard

They've got the same drive-train. I prefer the IS350 for the 4-doors. The long-doors make it difficult to NOT band them into another person's car!
