I know this is old but for the fifine headphones the only problem I have with it is the Jack that can only plug into my laptop instead of my monitor which sucks because I can’t use it for my HDMI 2 for Xbox

No the problem is actually that your monitor was connected and no third-party USB devices are allowed to work with Xbox.
