Glitching Tagilla

This was crazy! Tagilla chases me from the tunnels to gate 3 along with a few of his scav buddies! I get caught flat-footed with a grenade in my hand and suffer weapon failure! I should NOT have survived this... but I did! Until a player scav got me lol!
