  • We found a Cooper T39 Mark II factory racecar at the 2018 Atlanta
Concours d'elegance show. This historic racecar comes with quiet a pedigree. It was the first one to have the engine in the rear of the car and was driven to many victories by Sir Jack Brabham.
It's aluminum body keeps weight to a minimum. The Coventry Climax engine was originally designed as a pump for fire hydrants.
John Cooper was ahead of his time in his designs for racecars.

This guy should get that Bobtail to the Goodwood Revival and run it in the Freddie March Memorial. He'd be in good company with the others and the public would just fawn over this Cooper Climax T39 Bobtail, as they are fan favorites to watch overhauling the bigger Jaguar C Types!
