Roachford is a British soul singer- bit more mainstream r & b/ pop back in the day. Not bad, he is in Mike & the Mechanics now. TTD/SM is an artist though, blazingly talented.

Had he had a situation like Billie Eilish & her brother have been given in their relationship with their label, it could possibly have been a whole different story; but as it was, we all missed out on what ought to have been a far more cohesive & better expression of his talent.

As nice an interview this is, the interviewer shouldn't translate to French after every sentence. They should have had some translator there stand by and translate on the go through subtitles. Display the subtitles on a screen for the audience if they need it. It's disrupting the flow of the conversation. But besides that, Engish isn't the hardest of languages to understand or learn.
