(O Ocean of Mercy, Shri Krishn! Bestow your grace upon me, at least now)
baani akaaran-karun jaani nij, avagun chit na dharo
(You have a vow of causelessly bestowing your grace. Hence, pay no attention to my faults)
hum ayaan man-budhi-ateeth puni, tum aru jan tumharo
(I am completely ignorant, where as You and your saints are beyond the reach of my mind and intellect)
yaate santan kahyo na maanat, ur abhimaan kharo
(This is why I am unable to accept the teachings of the great saints, as I am unable to fully recognize them due to my immense pride)
sunyo kaan abhimaan ashan tav, puni kaahe ju daro
(However, I have also heard that 'pride' is your food. Then why are you afraid? Come and eat up my pride)
dehu 'kripaluhin' charan kamal rati, jaat tritaap jaro
(Shri Kripalu Ji says "I am constantly burning in the fire of the three sorrows (daihik, daivik, bhautik). Oh Shri Krishn! Come and grace me with the selfless love of your lotus feet)
