Some of the old furniture is not suitable for this house at all! There's a way to incorporate older pieces that looks nice but this is not it. Old school matchy matchy sets makes it tacky. Shame because the house is really nice.
Much to like, much to dislike. Nice open-plan layout in general. Externally, the property clearly doesnt like getting wet. Still not sure about outdoor swimming pools in the UK, six months a year use tops! Always a fan of a cinema room and a sizable garage 👍. Disappointed not to see a ground floor bedroom with ensuite or a lift in these places. I have often suggested homes to tour but not seen any of my suggestions as yet, there's a £4m home near Newbury which is right up your street and would be brilliant to see in detail and a couple in Devon\Cornwall.....
When bathrooms are bigger then bedrooms..😂 why, oh why would you build a huge house with council house size bedrooms..cant even turn around inside of it
The exteriors looked very dirty, is that just the impact of the rain ? Wondering if the compound/Mediterranean style may just not work as well in British weather.
It’s a shame the house doesn’t have a lift especially when the principal bedroom is on the second floor. And I missed any mention, if at all, of the heating system and whether it was solar powered. Really dislike the fungus on the exterior of the property. And you don’t show the pool plant system. Also with all that glazing you don’t mention whether the glass has any thermal heat retention properties and whether the house has air conditioning for the summer months. And couldn’t really see the kitchen properly because it was black so the cabinets were lost by the blackness. I do wish you would spend more time showing the kitchens in more detail - you always give that important room the briefest attention.
Why don’t I just go to the Mediterranean which is the real thing and the weather which the uk can’t offer on top of that you can it there for a third of the price
It's a nice house but my goodness what were they thinking with that really dated looking furniture in 6:16 in the games room and even the bed in the principle bedroom is just not it at all! Why have dated furniture in a Morden house that just ruined it. But overall it's not a bad house although the exterior may need a bit of a makeover too for a £4m house.

Wow. I don't know if I could feel comfortable in this. That stone looks so dirty and the property feels unkept to me. Nothing in the home stands out or is even pleasant, I mean that rock garden the drive way the skylight everything could be so much better and at 4 million pounds? This is why I'm hesitant to move to the UK I have not found one property I like there so far, not one. Looks like to be British means you have to live in a hole

White crisp render would have been a more contemporary look, with coping stones to prevent water seepage on external facade
