For me in my blue spinel au, she was abandoned by blue diamond tho she never wanted to be abandoned, blue diamond had fun with her, but she figured its the only way to concentrate on her work since her spinel kept messing around and blue diamond didn't do stuff right. (No none of these spinel looks had ponytails) For Future Spinel (blue) : Long hair, gem has a tear shape in it but their broken. shoes are more pointy, and her lines on her face were switched to printed tears. For past spinel (blue) : kinda long hair, VERY round shoes, heart gem has tears in them
Fun fact : in one interview Rebecca mentioned that if other spinels existed or if the diamonds had their own spinel , the shape of their gem stones would be based of the symbols of cards 🃏 . I think the best symbol suited for blue spinel would be the clover ♣️ .
I can just imagine this Spinel trying to sing Other Friends but instead she just keeps sobbing and choking and eventually she stops entirely and just dissolves into a crying mess with Steven just patting her back like “Yup, just let it all out buddy.”
Well in this AU Steven wouldn’t be able to hide his depression. Every time he starts crying the Gems will too. I think after the Temple almost gets flooded a few times they’ll think something’s wrong with Steven.

I just noticed that in the steven universe series the opposite of blue diamond is yellow and here his pearl is yellow too. But why white diamond is still white instead of Yellow diamond. Just wondering
