It is not necessary that weights should match at the end irrespective of what we had taken in beginning. Is it ?

In table for z1 and z2 why you have not changed values to their complementry values

I think it's already correct, like
w21 = 1 + 1.5 * (0-1) * 1 = 1 + 1.5 * (-1) * (1) = 1 + (-1.5) = -0.5
