    When I was 16 years old I had open heart surgery, its been over 8 months and I feel ok. Hospital days were hell. It was really painful, 1st month was painful too but not as bad. Getting up from bed was really hard. And after 3 months everything got easier and easier. The most difficult thing was that I couldn't touch my chest, also speaking was hard too because when you are talking you have to breathe correctly, so I had to rest between every 5 words or so

    i just had a triple bypass its been 6 weeks now . i was very active and got covid 19 in October and after month of recovery i started getting chest pains about 6 months later i had a heart attack found out i had 3 blocked arteries. Now i really want to start getting back active but there is this fear may have another one. How do i get over this awful Anxiety?

    • @juniorog4080
      @juniorog4080 2 года назад

      omg, so after your triple bypass you had a heart attack and they found another 3 blocked arteries? so they did not notice the blocked ones at same time when they found the first blocked arteries or it just happend after. I am having a triple bypass also in few weeks, now im worried i still can have new blocked arteries weeks after.

    • @gt8674
      @gt8674 2 года назад

      @@juniorog4080 please try not to worry, inonow its hard . you may have misunderstood my comment. i had a triple bypass once, i contacted covid 19 then after about 9 months i had a heart attack thats when they saw the blockage. im in cardiac rehab now the only thing about this surgery afterwards is anxiety issues you may experience, continue to move around you may have to take meds that will have your joints and muscle uncomfortable. I’m a mechanical engineer my doctor explain it in terms that lessen my anxiety. its like repairing a pump thats works but the only thing is the hoses to the pump are clogged and they needed to be replaced. You will do well don’t allow your mind to take to thoughts that are bad.

    can go to gym?

    • @domse16
      @domse16 Год назад

      After heart surgery it is highly advised to not go gym for half a year after operation. Should check with your doctor to do tests, not sure what its called but the test is they look at your heart while you are working out.
