Thanks for the video! Just to add, I believe especially if its arrival has been pre-planned, ATC would be aware of its arrival. ATC would communicate with Air Force One like anyother aircraft however it would, as you said be given priority. Usually the airport and airspace is shutdown prior to its arrival and departure. A no fly zone would be implemented and air traffic would go around/ground traffic would halt until they get given the green light, usually once the president has left the airport by motorcade or via Marine One. The would likely be a sterile area created around the aircraft while its sat there, so it'd be away from normal passenger aircraft gates etc.
When listening to ATC radio, one can often hear the controller telling AF1 taxi as arranged, meaning the the entire movement at the airport is pre-planned. When departing, same thing. Once the tower hands it off to a regional controller, their job is done. After AF1 is some distance, the airport resumes normal operation. Adding to what clarkiiboii09 said, airport movement typically stops around 15 minutes before AF1 lands, but can be another half hour or more before it reopens due to POTUS greeting people, then motorcade or Marine 1 movement.
Thanks for the video!
