I would make that little area off your bedroom a reading nook/room. It's so bright and looks so comfy...I'd do a couple large comfy chairs with footstools, with furry throws and pillows. I'd add a cozy convertible fireplace and by the chairs put some nice lamps for reading. I'd also add a really thick furry rug and some nice small bookcases...Such a cozy area
I'm so late to this video but what you can do is possibly use the extra space in the master as a master bath and then where the current small bathroom is as a closet for your blankets and pillows
