Wiil, You are an inspiration with your weight loss. Nice job, and keep it up. My father-in-law once told me that you dont put weight on overnight, so you need to be patient when taking it off. Love your vlogs.
To see you guys (Flight attendants) waking up at odd times and going to work...actually gives me so much energy and motivation in my own life !! Thank you :)
Will, this is great! Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing your weight loss journey. I know that you don’t like to share a lot of your personal life, but it’s helping people to know they aren’t alone. Many of us struggle with our weight, but it’s so good to know that there are tips and tricks we can incorporate to help along the way. Thank you for sharing the food ideas, I took notes for sure. I have found that some crunchy roasted edamame beans as a high protein super snack. The 100 calorie bags have 11 grams of protein. Please keep on sharing your finds and offering some variety to us trying to expand our options. It’s great to see you and Dev in a vlog again. Please keep sharing your adventures and your life.
I appreciate it. You're right, and I am glad that I was able to share my experience and somehow inspire others to continue on with the process. Keep up the good work too!! and I'll do my best to keep sharing
Will, you are doing a great job being a flight attendant and all that goes with that, the early hours, etc. And doing a great job with your weight. You are realistic, and that is what it takes to be healthy. Proud of you! Keep it up ❤✈️
I loved your videos! I am also a cabin crew member for a large airline. I don't work nasty early checkins any more, but I did for many many years and I get what you do and amen to you. Cabin crew rock!!! And good for you on your weight loss journey. You look good in any condition and I understand your goal. Good for you
Congrats on your relationship with food! You’re finding the balance. Your next goal might be cutting soda altogether and switch to unsweetened tea. Anyway, keep up the goals. ✌🏼
You're doing AWESOME man! You look amazing! I'm going through the pretty much exact same journey right now. Can't wait to hear more about your progress! 😍
Thank you for sharing your cool life flying. Yes, for me, I use to drink so many cups of coffee before during and after my trips. But I started to calm down from drinking so my coffee in my later years of flying. Nowadays, I will have 1 or 2 cups of coffee with breakfast and that is it. And I drink tea during the day. And I drinking soda is a treat one or two times a month.
Yes, I hear you. 😂 Hahaha!! Those early departures in my beginning 3 to 4 years of flying were to hard for me. So, yes, the Starbucks of the 24 hour McDonald's at O'Hare had my money all the time for coffee!! Hahaha ☺ I was glad when I could hold afternoon departure trips. So, I could control and have coffee at home. ☺
Hello Will. Thank you for sharing your vlog. Glad you were able to fly with your friend, and you had great flights. Congratulations in your decision of losing weight and managing what you are eating. You are right, doing the right thing cannot be done in few weeks or couple of months. If you really want to keep the extra weight off, you need to take time and allow your body to get used to it. As far as I have seen your vlogs, you are doing great food choices and you always find time to walk and exercise. Awesome!! I hope your week goes wonderful. Always looking forward for your next vlog. Have fun and stay safe. Cheers! Saludos!
Hey Will, this was such a great video. I’m so proud of you on your weight loss journey you are looking absolutely AMAZING. I’m on the same journey, two years ago I was 297lb with heart issues and since being on Zepbound (GLP-1) I’m down to 210lb and I’m 6’3”, also I have much more energy with the weight gone. You keep up the great work you handsome stud. Hope you have a great week and safe travels buddy. BIG BEAR HUGS and much LOVE from BHM.
Thank you for sharing your journey! I am so happy to hear you’re feeling more energy. I feel the same way too! Big hugs! Take care and thanks for watching
@@willinflight_ You are very welcome buddy. Thats is great that you also are also having more energy as well. I always enjoy your videos. I hope one day we can meet up. Take care buddy.
Will, what you are doing requires so much discipline, and you are admired for that. Losing weight is without doubt more difficult than stopping an addiction to drugs or alcohol, simply because one cannot stop eating food. And that is the crux of the matter and requires such discipline. As for habits, I myself, as soon as I take a leak when I arise around 0600, immediately go into a 2 hour 6 minute exercise routine. And I do not dare take a day off due to the horrible excoriation I inflict upon myself for self betrayal. I do not think the regimen is fun, but it is done to try to keep some mobility in my 83 year and 1 month old body. Plus I do not want to face my own wrath. Happy you had a great work experience with Dev. She is a nice woman. Herm
I don't really know, but sometimes they will, it depends on the airline and the flight attendant. At my airline everything is for purchase, so you do get the can.

Congratulations on your weight journey. I'm starting my weight journey as well. It is very challenging, but I will overcome it. Keep on pushin'.
You got this! It's definitely not easy but worth it.
i NEED to know where you got that steamer for your clothes!!
That one I found at Aldi here in Orlando but I've also seen them on Tj Maxx or Homegoods
will use my NY layover to hunt for one 😂😂 thank youuuu!
Hi Will! Where did you get the steam iron from?
Found that one at Aldi, but I have seen them in Tj Maxx and Homegoods
Thanks
Sorry to bother you but we won’t the flight attendants give the full can of soda if someone does not ask for it?
I don't really know, but sometimes they will, it depends on the airline and the flight attendant. At my airline everything is for purchase, so you do get the can.
You might find it interesting to research the carnivore way of eating. Dr Anthony Chaffee and Dr Ken Berry are 2 excellent YT channels for information
