- We have learned that time and space to work through transitions gives her the best opportunity for success. Simple words of encouragement and accomplishment make a difference.
She is autistic with a high level of support needed along with sensory processing disorder among other disabilities.

Braylee is so sweet. Happy Father’s Day
57 years old and still... if I step on a line between tiles like on that floor in the supermarket you guys were; "something horrible is gonna happen!" my mind screams.
You doing a amazing job and working with her
Happy Father's Day, David! Hope you had a great day. That was quite the storm - please do stake down the trampoline. I do not live in an area that has tornadoes but I have loved ones who do and it always scares me when I hear reports of them. Braylee has matured so much, you can see how she is working things out so she can move forward. Yes, you and Stacey are great parents, learning how to help her with encouragement and patience. I'm sure there were some who received help from your comments.
It would never have occurred to me that something like a grout line on the floor could be a transition! That’s a handy insight.
When I am first 3 videos in a row, it must seem like I stalk in wait😅
Love you, Wee family.
Thank you for the reminder to let my kiddo process the transition instead of rushing it
Hey my name is Alisha and I am autistic I’m 31 just wanted to comment, she did so well, I watch your videos everyday, I struggle so much with going to shops I have pink ear defenders I wear them but when is busy hot or changed I struggle bad and panic your videos really help me thank you I am from England by the way ☺️
When my daughter was little she would scrub every black mark she saw on a stores floor. Yes I know how nasty those floors are but her hands were cleaned all the time. She did this up until she was 7 - 8 years old. It was just one of the things that could put a major damper on the day. She hadn't been diagnosed as autistic yet but I knew she was. She is 28 and married. She still struggles with sounds, lights, and others.
You are so lucky to have a basement. You did great. Good parents
happy fathers day david. i hope your fathers day went so well 🥰❤
Happy Fathers Day David, hope you had a great day
Thank you!
I like storms too!
I deal with a lot of anxiety and sometimes transition from something especially when I go to events I just ordered myself a pair of the noise canceling headphones for when I go to the wrestling event in August and our seats is near where they come out and I struggle with that I’m hoping that they will work for me cause I wanna be able to enjoy my night and not have to worry about anything
Thanks for sharing. I hope you have a great time at wresting!
David your too funny about the trampoline.
B is such a sweetie ❤
I never miss a single video I been here like since December I think
Btw I can try to help a little maybe? Well one think I noticed for me is the thing with transitions is a bit complex lemme tell you. So I do ballet and I'm used to doing the choreography from on point. My brain connects the whole choreography we learned from that 2 point where I dance. When the teacher decides to change my position at one point of the choreography a little bit it's difficult because the whole link was connected to smth else and now my brain can't seem to get the choreography right so I need like 10 seconds to process what we're doing or what move do I do next. It's like my brain made a specific way of connecting things to one another just so I can remember things, they don't work individually for me and so most of the times when my teacher changes me position I need some seconds to process that and put it into a new link in my brain , or atleast that's what I think is happening that's kinda what it feels like. Now I don't have huge problems like some other autistic kids who sadly do but I do struggle with change aswell , and what causes the struggle is not because it's new its probably because my brain isn't used to it, the whole thing. I fit in almost all traits for autism and I'm gonna get it checked this summer bcs I'm not diagnosed even tho I got some people concerned and confused why I'm acting this way well I can address you I'm very sure I have autism I will update you when I get the diagnosis but I been doing research for almost 2 years and I'm yep . The reason I'm not diagnosed is because my mom thinks these are what other kids do since my sister was very silent for some reason wich we don't know why since she never thought she may have something and when I came I was super talkative hyperactive and repetitive loud etc etc wich would be adhd too but I may have autism, or may not, may have adhd or may not, may even have both. What I know for sure is that I have 1 atleast and I struggle with change too regardless if I have both or just 1 or neither ( I doubt I have neither tbh at this point even teachers point out that I have difficulties but they don't seem to know why) well I don't want to self diagnose or anything but atleast in my point of view when I do smth I'm not used to it I don't know honestly like at school I always go to the same place when I leave because when I try to go to the other place it's just unfamiliar and it has a point of view I'm not used to so I just go back, I'm not sure how to describe it it's like when you have 2 cold chairs you pick one and then the one u picked is warm but then when u sit at the other it's cold so u go back to the warm one. The warm one was once cold ( meaning it's difficult when u firstchanged) but now it's warm (got used to it) and the other one remains cold (unfamiliar).
Although i try to help this is just my personal experience other autistic kids may experience it differently and especially kids that are higher levels like 3 because I'm probably level 1 since I can talk well and can do very good at school almost myshelf I doubt I'm level 2 but definitely not level 3 so I can't speak for kids with level 3 it's just my point of view idk but I hope this helped somehow ur my favorite youtubers guys btw love watching you from Greece
Thank you for sharing! ♥️
Wow. It almost pick jump up. Tornado in Minnesota first time? Ohio does have tornado sometimes and derecho. Once IKE hurricane hit Ohio. Ike is very strong than all hurricanes because Ike moved from Texas to here Ohio. I was outside and felt like I’m in the beach. I know I’m crazy. Very rare.
🌸 💙💙💙
You’re just like my dad with storms. My dad likes to watch storms.
when you think of it on a hot day we all feel a bit spacey when its to hot to think just imagine what it's like for B ontop of all the normal issues she faces.
Yea, we can see that hot days are especially tough on her. The pool helps a ton, AC too. I think we have gotten really good about making sure we don’t spend excessive amounts of time in the heat either.
Have you ever considered summer programs, camps. School, etc 4 B over her break? If its availabele there, but especially cuz shes getting older now??
I don't know if every wallmart has this, but the one here in georgia has sensory sensitive hours.
I think all of the UFO sightings have been debunked. They're nothing but flying trampolines 😂😂
🤣
❤❤❤❤❤
Hey there wee family
The Red Robin in my city is closing and i thought poor B would be so sad if she lived here
😢
Yup laugh like when u had your morning coffee & tried to skate 🛼 on the ice lol we all know what happened there lol 😂😂😂😂
Walmart is insane with all the beeping and noises alone.
I'm glad nothing bad happened! I do not know what movie you were talking about 😂 Also if you don't know, those banana things were plantains. They don't taste like bananas (I personally find them disgusting 😂)
I have never tried them and I don’t plan to either 😆.
Norton can help with that
🐕🦺🐕🦺🐕🦺🐕🦺🐕🦺🐕🦺Hey Jean, I know David mentioned that they don't really bring Norton Bradley's service dog on the videos anymore. I'm not sure why I know something happened but I don't know what I have a service dog myself and I really hope and wish that Braylee and Norton could build a very strong bond because if they can that dog could help her so immensely but again we don't know anything about it. Thank you for mentioning it though.
Does Braylee like nice smells ? I do like nice smells it regulayts me sensory
❤❤
