Jalen Hurts called that play to Goedert, the interference by Dotson was intentional. James Jones is a former NFL receiver, he should know this. Hurts getting it together after 2 bad turnovers with AJ out, then Lane, Beckton, and Smitty being out for most of the second half was very impressive. As a birds fan, it wasn't just the 2 chances for points that he chose too go for it on 4th but also, the moment at the end of the game when we had the lead and instead of punting and forcing the saints to drive the entire length of the field (which they were having issues doing), that time he chooses to kick the 60yd fg which gives the ball to the saints just past mid field and places the defense on its heels allowing the saints to get the go ahead score. Luckily the offense came through but no one is bringing that up. He turns down 3 fgs in the 40-46 yd area over the last 2 weeks but decides to kick the fg at 60yds knowing if we miss, the saints have great field position. That's some BS. Like he's trying to lose smfh
