I remember eating bagged aaruul in Mongolia and not liking it. It tastes processed and artificial. The real aaruul you buy at the street market in UB tastes more natural. My favourite Mongolian dairy product is khailmag (cooked milk mixed with flour and sugar and raisins and made into a porridge).

Good Nz morning guys. Now come down here to my country, and try Nz processed milk (store bought) and compare it with "natural" raw milk also available in some locations down here...if you know where to look. Cows are grass fed, not grain fed. Thanks again for a great upload. Take care.

Hakkas have their root traces back to Xiongnu, Tungus, and Mongolia Altay. Maybe they will enjoy their ancestral foods as well. Btw, Hakkas have about 100 million population around the globe. Although, Mongolian might label them as hujaa, Hakkas remain a very big potential market.
