I used to listen to these mixes when i was going thru depression, suicide and drug and alcohol abuse from 2013-2022 to help me sleep but lately the depression is coming back. Struggling lately with life being clean and sober for a year and a half now but I'm starting to fall apart again.

@Smerfydlo it's been a struggle the past year and half. I got addicted to painkillers at 19 from an injury in the Army and it put me down a dark path
