Wow so reassuring to see this video. I was practicing my first cuts on a roll of reflective vinyl I had laying around. Same problems. I wasnt sure how to fix it but mb regular vinyl cuts nicer

Hello! We always have a hard time when working with reflective vinyl, last time we used it we cut it with a 60 degree blade and it did a better job. One thing I have to say is that we use the economy one 😅. Thanks for supporting our channel!

I stopped using the 45 blade altogether. I only use the 60 blade because all of my cuts come out way better.
